During Production Inspection or Inline Inspection (DUPRO):

DUPRO is an on-site Product Inspection performed upon the completion between 20% to 80% of Production. Lean Compass will sample pick units or product from all completed quantities, to assess products against the specifications to meeting the shipping schedule.

Lean Compass uses internationally standard – ANSI/ASQ Standard Z1.4-2008 (ISO 2859-1: 1999) or MIL-STD-105E1 statistical sampling procedure. DUPRO covers functionality, performance, reliability, appearance, measurement and process conformance.
