Pre-Shipment Inspection

Pre-Shipment Inspection:

A structured Inspection of products randomly sampled from the Finished Goods, conducted upon or at least 80% completion. This is the Final Quality Gate to reject or stop the outflow of nonconformity, prior shipping to the Customer – protection against costly import risks. PSI covers functionality, performance, reliability, appearance, measurement and process conformance. With this Inspection Report, the Inspection Certificate is issued for payment or according to the Letter of Credit (LC).

Lean Compass uses the internationally standard – ANSI/ASQ Standard Z1.4-2008 (ISO 2859-1: 1999) or MIL-STD-105E1 statistical sampling procedure.
